Accreditation Press ID

We are the Press Support team for the new CEBIT, and we’re looking forward to doing our absolute best to help you before and during the show.

CEBIT 2018 runs from 11 to 15 June, but you can apply for your press accreditation right now. You will then receive a journalist’s eTicket, which you will need to exchange (on your first day of attendance) for a Press Pass valid for the entire run of CEBIT. To exchange your eTicket for a pass, simply report either to our Press Center, which is located in Pavilion D adjacent to Hall 11, or to one of the press counters in the North 1 and West 1 entrance lobbies. If you arrive by car, then our staff at the Press Center and press counters will also issue you with a free parking permit/exit card for our on-site parking facilities.

You can apply for your journalist's eTicket here. eTickets can be sent via e-mail right up until the last day of CEBIT.

Do you need accommodation? Hotel rooms in all price categories can be booked via or directly via Hannover Marketing & Tourismus GmbH, Tel. +49 511 12345 555, e-mail . Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by Deutsche Messe. Further information on arrival and stay.

If you prefer, you can instead apply for and receive your press accreditation on site at the press counters in the North 1 and West 1 entrance lobbies, but there may be queues and waiting times, so please plan accordingly.

Please be aware that we can only issue CEBIT Press Passes to specifically named members of your editorial staff and journalists who are visiting CEBIT in their professional capacity as editorial staff or journalists. We cannot issue Press Passes to media industry employees in management, sales or advertising. Please also be aware that there is no automatic right or entitlement to Press Passes, and that Deutsche Messe reserves the right to decline applications in individual cases. Our accreditation policy is posted below.
