It's hard to shake the feeling that the whole world is being turned upside down at the moment, and not just in the political arena, but in the world of work, too, for example. Everything is seemingly going to be done differently in the future, everything is being modernized, everything is going digital. All the same, look around at the letters, files and notes in our offices and it seems we can't do without paper. Still, if businesses want to keep pace with modern developments, there is no way of avoiding digitalization in the workplace. One of the main topics being covered by Ceyoniq Technology GmbH is how to make the best - and safest - use of all the associated opportunities. The specialists in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) from Bielefeld in Germany are also showcasing the potential that virtual reality can harness for the workplace of the future and innovative solutions for eGovernment. Covering such a broad range of topics, it's little wonder that Ceyoniq is represented at CeBIT 2017 at not one but three stands.

At one of these stands, the company is highlighting the consulting portfolio it expanded last year to cover issues such as information security, data protection and web security. The core element of this strategy is the installation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS). An ISMS is used to identify and evaluate risks and instigate appropriate measures where necessary. The Ceyoniq ISMSbox is a solution that makes it much easier for companies to roll out an ISMS. The ISMSbox is a comprehensive document and information management system that is used to document and monitor information security. "Companies that manage their information security systematically can make full use of the opportunities that digital processes offer," says Oliver Kreth, director of Ceyoniq Technology GmbH.
