Founded in 1996, ZMI GmbH from Elfershausen in Bavaria has evolved into a leading solution provider for human resources (HR), organization and security. Its portfolio includes industry-neutral software, hardware terminals and mobile apps for time and attendance applications, digital personnel files, access control systems, and tools for workflow management, work order time recording, HR planning and merchandise/customer management (CRM). The company is bringing the new Version 6.3 of its time and attendance solution ZMI Time to Hannover for CEBIT 2018.
New features in this latest version include a digital personnel file, automated employee driver's license checking and a module for calculating meal expenses. Numerous additional functions have also been incorporated in the web-based solutions for planning shifts and recording project/work order times. "Our time and attendance solution gives our customers exactly what they need and can be used seamlessly anywhere in the world. Data can be recorded at both stationary and mobile terminals using a web browser and on smartphones or tablets. It makes no difference whether our software is installed on the customer's server or in the cloud," explains Managing Partner Steffen Berger. What's more, the company's digital "ZMI as a Service" offering also enables customers without their own IT infrastructure to use all ZMI solutions.
