ELDAR is a small additional feature on customers' websites that forwards company and contact information transferred by the visitor directly to a web-to-lead server. The information is subsequently identified via a multi-step process and converted into a CRM lead - data protection law permitting, of course. This lead can then be issued to a sales employee who is selected on the basis of sales region, product category and other criteria. The CRM system itself displays and updates customers' interests and the number of times they access the website, enabling the sales department to be fully prepared to engage with the customer. ELDAR is operated in certified, secure data centers throughout Germany and is available on a monthly subscription basis for a variety of countries and CRM systems.
