Internet of Things, Cloud, Big Data, Mobile Applications, the Fourth Industrial Revolution: today, medium-sized German companies are discussing the requirements and possibilities of the digital transformation more than ever before. And yet, implementation poses a real challenge; therefore many companies require assistance. Against this backdrop, Salesforce has developed an extraordinary offer that it will be presenting at CeBIT. In Hall 23, which is where the company will be holding its World Tour as the exclusive partner of Deutsche Messe, SMEs will learn in four steps where they stand when it comes to digitalization and what they need to do next.
In the first step, visitors will fill out a questionnaire that was developed together with Experton and then learn more about the digital maturity of their company in different areas (marketing, sales, customer service and general operations) within only a few minutes. Based on the results, Salesforce will then develop an individual digital agenda for each visitor that shows which of the 10-minute presentations are relevant for them in the next step. Amongst various user scenarios, Teupen Maschinenbau will be demonstrating how processes can be optimized in the four areas mentioned above by presenting practical examples. Then, visitors will be given the chance to discuss concrete courses of action for the next steps in a personal conversation with a Salesforce consultant, like a concise individual workshop tailored to their needs.
Salesforce will also be presenting the White Paper "Digitalisierung. Praktisch gestalten." (i.e."Digitization deisgend pratically.") at CeBIT together with G+F Verlag, which will be appearing in the series "Campus Mittelstand." Here, decision makers will receive 33 concrete recommendations on how to master the digital transformation. Read more about it at the Campus Mittelstand booth in Hall 5, Booth D36.
