Salesforce gathers customers,and partners at CEBIT

Deutsche Messe AG has today announced that Salesforce, the global leader in CRM and ranked as #1 most innovative company by Forbes, will become CEBIT's "Premium Partner" in 2018. CEBIT, the largest IT expo in the world, will be radically new in 2018 with a new theme mix, new event formats and a new, early-summer time slot. As a "Premium Partner" Salesforce will have the largest exhibitor space at CEBIT, operating a dedicated hall as well as the Salesforce Park.

Salesforce gathers customers, partners and innovators of the Fourth Industrial Revolution at CEBIT

"We are seeing phenomenal success in Germany and we are partnering with our customers, partners and industry experts to become even more customer centric," said Joachim Schreiner, Senior Vice President of Salesforce Germany. "Many of our customers and partners like Volkswagen and Accenture are market leaders and at the forefront of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, leveraging new technologies such as cloud, social, IoT and Artificial Intelligence to transform how they connect with their customers. This industry shift is a challenge for all of us - for companies but also for us as human beings. Only if we do it right we will use technology to make the world a better place."

Salesforce will host a week-long program dedicated to innovation, fun, learning and giving back. The Salesforce hall will host the largest keynote theatre of the trade fair with 13 keynotes as part of the d!talk programme - the platform for showcases dedicated to the digitization of business and society. Salesforce keynote highlights include:

  • "We are all Trailblazers: Customer Success In The Fourth Industrial Revolution" - Alex Dayon, Chief Strategy Officer, Salesforce and customer trailblazers will talk about the future of customer success in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
  • "Our path together to equality" - Business of businesses is to make the world a better place. Tony Prophet, Chief Equality Officer, Salesforce will discuss with guests about the higher purpose of driving Equality for All: equal rights, equal pay for equal work, equal access to education, and equal opportunities for success.
  • "Business Transformation in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution" - To demonstrate how business transformation works in real life, Accenture and Salesforce teams will consult CEOs live on stage, in an exciting TV-like show where the audience will vote for the best transformational approach.

The Salesforce hall (hall 9) will also host an expo with over 100 customer trailblazers and partners demonstrating practical examples of how successful German companies are leveraging new technologies to advance the digital transformation of their business. In front of the hall, in the The Salesforce Park customers and prospects will have the opportunity to engage with each other, learn from peers and experts, or simply relax and have fun.

The new CEBIT will be launched on 11 June 2018 with a conference and media day at the Hannover Exhibition Centre. The exhibition halls will be open to visitors from all over the world on 12 June at 10:00 a. m.
