CeBIT Digital Marketing Arena 2017, a specialist conference during the exhibition, provides exciting discussions regarding the changes in marketing, sales, and service created by real-time analyses and digital and analog process automation.

The third topic for 2017 at the CeBIT Digital Marketing Arena addresses the challenges and potential found in data-based controlling and automation for digital and analog customer processes. Once again, the focus will be on the potential inherent in technology and the challenges facing processes and organizations when integrating real-time data analyses and modifying processes and content in marketing, sales, and service. Broad application of data-based analyses and modification opportunities require extensive changes to planning approaches and process controls.
