Lancom Management Cloud

These days, companies and government bodies depend more than ever on reliable, flexible and most importantly secure infrastructure solutions for local and multisite networks (LAN, WLAN, VPN). However, they also need centralized, cloud-based network design and management (SDN). This is where Germany’s leading manufacturer of professional network solutions comes in. LANCOM Systems solutions are produced in Germany to work with the company’s own operating system (LCOS), ensuring that all products are free from hidden backdoors. The value that LANCOM places on security is further confirmed by the "IT Security Made in Germany" quality mark and certification from the German Federal Office for Information Security. This year, LANCOM Systems GmbH is at CeBIT in Hannover to showcase the very latest version of its Management Cloud solution.

While the previous year’s version of the LANCOM Management Cloud (LMC) was restricted to the administration of access points and routers, it can now be used for the administration of entire LANCOM networks – including gateways, switches and access points. As a result, the LMC aims to set completely new standards for intelligent, application-focused and forward-looking network management and monitoring. What’s more, an intuitive user interface allows users to centrally design and manage networks of any size based on software-defined technology – making the complex manual configuration of network components a thing of the past. This ensures full transparency and a clear overview of every device and activity on the network, thus providing maximum control and security.
