It’s official: Switzerland will be the Partner Country for the next CeBIT, which runs from 14 to 18 March 2016. The Partner Country agreement was signed in Berlin on Wednesday by Marius Felzmann, Deutsche Messe’s Senior Vice President in charge of CeBIT, and Ruedi Noser, President of ICTswitzerland. The agreement paves the way for the world’s leading trade show and conference event for digitization to shine its spotlight on a nation that leads the world in the uptake of digital technologies.

"I am certain that by staging a successful Partner Country showcase at CeBIT, Switzerland will be instrumental in raising awareness for the crucial role played by information technology and telecommunications in business, government and society in general" remarked ICTswitzerland boss Ruedi Noser.

At CeBIT 2016, Swiss companies will have a strong presence at the central Partner Country pavilion in Hall 6, where they will run presentations in the Research & Innovation, Financial Technologies, and Business Security displays. They will also mount presentations in the Communications & Networks display in Hall 13.
