The future of Voiceworks from Erkrath is all about coligo, a new cloud architecture on which a whole range of services are based. These new services, which were presented at a specially arranged partner event and attracted great interest from wholesalers, will be available from the second quarter of 2018. "With the new 'coligo Grid' platform and the applications based on it, we’re creating the technology for our partners to supply their customers with tailor-made communication services for the workplace of the future," says Christoph Wichmann, Managing Director of Voiceworks GmbH. He stresses that the ability to be easily reached and mobile working are key requirements for future business success, adding that perfect integration of fixed-line, mobile and web communication are an essential part of this.

Enhanced scalability of services and more open interfaces will be the key benefits of coligo Grid. What's more, the service-oriented architecture (SOA) paves the way for rolling out product innovations faster to partners and their customers in an automated process. Based on this architecture, Voiceworks will soon be launching four new applications - coligo DESKTOP, coligo REACH, coligo MEETINGS and a waiting room for new participants - a continuation of the established "Managed Communications" solution augmented by versatile new functions. "We've geared the further development of our portfolio to our partners' precise requirements and focused closely on future market challenges," explains Wichmann.
