Some of the acronyms that pop up time and again during the digital transformation of the business environment sound like completely new and revolutionary processes! The cobra CRMnetwork.de, a collaboration between six cobra partners, all of them CRM specialists, is showcasing updates and the expanded potential of the newly released cobra Version 2017 at CeBIT, including new interfaces, additional software packages and the brand new Mobile CRM Version 2017.
This new Mobile CRM platform not only keeps field staff bang up to date and enables them to file reports immediately after each customer visit, but also directs them to their next appointment and provides full access to the latest sales projects.
