Ricoh Smart City presents seven company case studies, each addressing a key topic in the digital transformation of the working environment, to showcase the future of data security, digital workflows, mobile solutions, co-working, technological innovations, environmental protection and digital consultancy. The real-life examples not only demonstrate how the latest products, solutions and services from Ricoh can be used to create innovative and future-focused working structures, but are also intended to provide inspiration for users' own digitization strategies.
"There's a lot of talk about digital working methods, but not much is being done - particularly in SMEs," Ricoh Deutschland’s CEO Niculae Cantuniar points out. "However, there is mounting pressure to act. There's no longer any denying that digitization has turned into the decisive, indeed crucial, factor for companies' competitiveness and future survival. Our Workstyle Innovation Summit is designed to help companies cut through the often very dense jungle of digitization topics, work out what needs to be done, and identify the most important steps and investments." Ingo Wittrock, Head of Marketing at Ricoh Deutschland, highlights the status of the new-look CEBIT in this context: "CEBIT's new structure, with its keen focus on innovation and digitization, fits hand in glove with our Workstyle Innovation Summit, which combines a clear insight into the digital working environment with a forum for discussing the cutting-edge trends in digitization. Our eminent keynote speakers will provide plenty of stimulus to set the ball rolling." For example, Christian Bredlow, the founder and CEO of Digital Mindset GmbH, will be sharing his thoughts on the theory that "Digitization is like music" and Björn Stecher from Initiative D21 will also be on hand to talk about the "Digital index in German society 2018" at CEBIT 2018.
