Disruptive Concepts for the Age of the Digital Customer

In 2017, the CeBIT Digital Marketing Arena also discusses current innovations and digital changes for marketing, sales, and service.

As a specialized conference during the exhibition the CeBIT Digital Marketing Arena also offers exciting discussions about every aspect of innovation and digital changes in marketing, sales, and service in 2017.

At the center of this year's conference program are topics such as artificial intelligence in the assistance systems of marketing processes, virtual and augmented reality as a "new" sphere of interaction with the customer, "social selling" (in particular B2B) as a new sales method, "cognitive marketing" for more intelligent content and inbound approaches, conversational UX and messaging bots in customer service, as well as the marketing of things (i.e., marketing with networked objects/IoT devices).

In addition, the establishment of customer thought in marketing, sales, and service and the reorientation of concepts and organization will be addressed again in 2017.
