CAS: Same Procedure? Never ever!

"Customer centricity" plays a leading role at CAS Software AG. In order inspire their own customers at CeBIT, the company’s stand at the Marketing & Sales Solutions cluster is simple, open, authentic – and surprising.

The same procedure as every year? "No, we never operate according to the "Dinner for One" principle," says Martin Hubschneider. "We treat CeBIT as a new event every year. Our preparations are done with great deliberation and are full of new ideas. That piques our visitors’ curiosity and gives our employees and partners something to look forward to," says the Chairman of the Board at CAS Software AG.

In 2016 the CeBIT stand was designed "as a meeting point and a welcoming place to network with customers, prospects and journalists," explains Hubschneider. Along with its partners, CAS showcased its entire product range, from CRM and xRM solutions to configurators and shop floor systems. "At the center was the world premiere of an entirely new cloud-based software called SmartWe," says the Chairman of CAS. The company's other objectives at the trade fair were "very traditional: presenting brand-new products and the latest developments, networking, consulting, making new contacts, and providing a place for our experts to talk to visitors."

How can a company act in a truly customer-centric manner and design processes that consistently place the focus on customers? CAS addressed this component of its "customer centricity" philosophy at its exhibit. Under the slogan "CRM & xRM. Intriguingly Simple," the company demonstrates, "how easy it is to install mobile customer management systems on tablets, smartphones and wearables, to work together successfully on projects, and to inspire and incorporate customers on site," says Hubschneider.

Alongside mailing campaigns and personal invitations to CeBIT, CAS intensified its advertising on social media channels, in particular Facebook, Twitter and Xing. In addition, the company’s stand was a stop for diverse Guided Tours.

"Without a doubt, CeBIT 2016 was a success with many interesting encounters and promising discussions in a casual trade fair atmosphere."

"As a longtime German market leader for CRM in SMEs, CeBIT is an important component of our position, simply because visitors can actually see our solutions and ecosystem at work at our stand," says Martin Hubschneider.

Hubschneider announced that CAS plans to present an entirely new generation of enterprise software with “SmartWe World” at CeBIT 2017. However, he isn’t revealing exactly how this premiere will be celebrated, but he does reveal the values that the CeBIT stand will reflect: "Openness, encounters on equal footing, respect, progress and innovation, as well as the courage to help shape the digital world."
