Firm-favorite features were neatly complemented by some additional new highlights, such as the Cloud Lounge, where system houses were given the chance to explore specific application scenarios under the guidance of an acmeo expert. "Our discussions with system house partners made it clear that the trend in this channel remains set towards managed services and their expansion. We offer our partners technical and sales support, contract and marketing frameworks and seminars on implementing service contracts in this field," Schillings explains. Visitors were also keen to talk about automating internal system house processes. The interoperability of ERP, ticket and IP telephony systems, for example, offers great potential for systems houses to optimize their processes, an area in which manufacturing partners are joining forces with acmeo to drive forward future developments.
