Hall 9, designed in a unique national park style, has the theme Customer Success Expo. In Campground, Salesforce experts are waiting for visitors, presenting products and solutions for sales, marketing and customer service as well as the online learning platform Trailhead. However, Salesforce customers and partners are taking far more space: In showcases, the Trailblazer Camp and Partner Area, Salesforce customers and partners present their innovative solutions and new ways of interacting with customers in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Corporations like Volkswagen and Siemens or medium-sized companies such as Solarwatt will show their solutions. Salesforce users from different industries and sizes are available to answer questions and share first-hand experience. The outdoor Salesforce Park invites you to sit and relax with a lot of entertainment, but also for in-depth discussions and inspiration. It focuses on the social engagement of salesforce.org, the company's charitable foundation. In a Salesforce Partner (RED) pop-up store, visitors can support the Global Fund in the fight against AIDS by purchasing merchandise or by direct donations. You can recharge your batteries in chill-out areas and at food trucks. For those who prefer a more athletic experience, the fascination of cycling can be experienced at Canyon Bicycles on a Pump Track in the Salesforce Park.
