Visitors to CeBIT in Hannover can witness the first ever live demonstrations of the CAS SmartWe Starter, a new app-based CRM cloud solution from software house CAS in Karlsruhe. SmartWe Starter was developed with small, customer-focused businesses in mind who have always longed for a CRM solution that’s intuitive to operate, flexible and offers secure data storage at an affordable price – and works equally well on PCs, notebooks, tablets, phones and even smart watches.

The CAS SmartWe Starter is based on the same unique SmartDesign technology as the well-known CAS genesisWorld end-to-end solutions. This enables users to switch seamlessly between Windows, iOS and Android devices and even work offline if necessary. The new apps can also be customized and adapted to suit the user’s specific needs.

At the same time, CAS is also offering a sneak preview of what users can expect from CAS genesisWorld version x8, the successful end-to-end solution for SMEs, when it’s launched in spring 2016. The main highlights include its intelligent full-text SmartSearch 3.0, which is set to revolutionize research in CRM and xRM systems by instantaneously accessing information as text is entered, in a similar way to Google. Besides searching the data contained in the CRM system, users can also research content in PDFs and Word documents.
