8MATE – don’t wait!

The ransomware program Locky has been in the news again recently - underscoring the vital importance of comprehensive data protection once more. Right on cue, Protected Networks GmbH is at CeBIT 2016 with 8MAN, a leading solution for access rights management (ARM) in Microsoft and virtual server environments, and the new 8MATE Alerts module.

02 Mar. 2016

8MATE Alerts is designed to make it easier for companies to meet the latest standards in security and compliance. With the help of this new module, companies of any size will now be able to put comprehensive data protection precautions in place that are fully in line with current compliance guidelines. The key features of this innovative access rights management solution will be unveiled to the public for the first time at CeBIT 2016 in Hannover.

The all-new 8MATE Alerts uses security monitoring to ensure total control and exceptionally fast reaction times in the event of security-relevant incidents in sensitive areas. When critical changes occur, the processes in question are reported to the user immediately via email or the Windows event log. What’s more, a range of additional options can be selected on a flexible basis to ensure HR documents, patents, financial information and other sensitive data can only be accessed by authorized users. Last but not least, the developers of 8MATE Alerts have designed the user-friendly graphical solution for centralized access management to be quick to install, highly effective in practice and easy to operate - thus helping to ease the pressure on administrators and help desks.
