Innovations made in Germany
The CEBIT Innovation Award makes the diversity, capability and innovative power of established research institutions as well as up-and-coming young talents visible every year anew.
Research and development from Germany set standards – also in the IT sector. IT products that convince by virtue of their design and their user-friendliness are hugely in demand and young entrepreneurs all over Germany find appropriate solutions.
The German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the trade fair organisers Deutsche Messe AG (DMAG) are sponsoring the CEBIT Innovation Award that is aimed at young, academically qualified researchers and promising young developers.
The organisers are looking for outstanding innovations aimed at achieving the highest possible level of user-friendliness and intuitive interaction with IT systems.
For start-ups in particular, the CEBIT Innovation Award offers a stage for presenting themselves to trade professionals. They use their participation in the CEBIT Innovation Award to sound out their developments’ potential market success and to gain new partners.
