CeBIT is the world's largest fair for SMEs and offers a new and innovative concept in 2010 - the CeBIT Studio Mittelstand (CeBIT Studio SME).

Here, IT- and management trends are recognized, experiences shared, technologies evaluated and topics discussed controversially - online and offline.

The mission of CeBIT Studio Mittelstand is to anchor Information and communication technologies as the key technologies for innovation and growth in SMEs.

The aim is to initiate and develop a dialogue between

• Decision-makers in SMEs,
• Representatives of associations and political organizations,
• Specialists in the IT industry as well as
• Academic experts.

Discourse and dialogue on practice-relevant, polarizing and provocative topics will provide recommendations for action as well as surplus values for our visitors on the spot and out online audience.

The Studio Mittelstand offers more than 100 online events and brings together over a thousand leading business figures in direct interaction. Thus, it is the highlight of this year's SMEs' activities at CeBIT.
