thingsTHINKING Develops Artificial Intelligence that Understands Text and Helps e.g. Find Deficiencies of Technical Documents

Natural language is the new revolution in interaction with machines. Machine learning, statistics, and other approaches that have been existing for years now will not close the gaps in human-computer interaction, as long as machines do not understand the meaning of natural language, but try to acquire it in a mathematico-statistical way. thingsTHINKING differs from conventional NLP/NLU (Natural Language Processing/Understanding) methods, as it understands the meaning of concepts (semantics) in the language.

thingsTHINKING understands, processes, and uses the semantics of natural language and, hence, is suited for a variety of applications. The software finds and removes deficiencies in the natural language of specifications of any type. Potential applications are related to Industry 4.0, software manufacturers, and consulting companies. In the future, the customers service can be improved with virtual assistance. A LegalTech solution might support decisions and help interpret agreements.
