If you want to catch up on the latest research in information and communications technology, plus the ideas, trends and technological visions that are shaping our tomorrow, then future parc, the centre for innovations at CeBIT 2010, is once again the place to be. Here in Hall 9 - perfectly placed to catch the visitor traffi c to and from Hall 8 with its exciting CeBIT green IT presentation - visitors will find a dedicated display area of some 6,000 m2 where they can talk to scientists from technical colleges, universities, major research establishments and government ministries - such as the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft and the Federal Ministry for Education and Research - as well as entrepreneurs from successful spin-off and start-up companies.
Visiting professionals from the worlds of politics, business and science, plus specialists from other areas of expertise represented at CeBIT, will go to future parc at CeBIT 2010, where they can view the prototype products and trends that will soon be defining the state of the art.
The aim of future parc is to document clearly the process whereby the results of ICT research find their way into the commercial sphere and into industrial production.
