As we’ve come to expect from Rittal, its stand at CeBIT 2016 is bursting with new ideas and innovations. The special highlight this year is its RiMatrix BCC (Balanced Cloud Center), a data center comprising standardized containers for ISO servers, air conditioning and power.
Over the course of its 55 years in business, Rittal GmbH has gone from strength to strength to become the world’s leading system provider for switch cabinets, power distribution, air conditioning, IT infrastructure, software and service. At CeBIT 2016 in Hannover, the company from Hesse is revealing why it’s never been easier to construct a high-performance, high-security data center. Its pre-defined modular container solutions enable companies to create customized data centers quickly and efficiently for digitizing their processes ready for Industry 4.0 and cloud and big data projects.
The Rittal stand focuses on complete solutions ranging from stand-alone “smart packages” and micro data centers to data center containers. Besides the new TE 8000 network enclosure that’s being premiered at CeBIT and a range of other innovations, Rittal’s special highlight is the RiMatrix BCC (Balanced Cloud Center), a joint venture with iNNOVO Cloud GmbH that provides standardized containers for ISO servers, air conditioning and power. Rittal is also joining forces with IBM to showcase a kitted-out data center container, as currently used as standard in the Lefdal Mine Data Center in Norway.
