Shaping digital change together
"There are already very many positive examples of German SMEs showing that digital transformation is easily manageable with strong partners, a well thought out strategy and the appropriate technologies," says Harald Esch, responsible for SME sales at Salesforce. "It's important to learn from each other and help shape this change together."
As part of our SME close-up program at this year's Salesforce World Tour 2017 @ CeBIT , we will be offering SMEs a big stage, presenting exciting and inspiring showcases and creating a forum for exchange. From the history of SMEs to the factories of the future, visitors to Hall 9 between March 20-24 will find broad insight into the issues shaping mid-sized business. For a whole week, visitors will have the opportunity to meet deciders from the mid-sized business world and discuss various perspectives on digital transformation. Dr. Nikolaus Förster will be offering honest entrepreneurial confessions in his reading from what must be the world’s most honest management book "My Biggest Mistake". Gather insights from bitter defeats and benefit from the life experiences of outstanding German entrepreneurs.
Whether your question is on the digitization of business processes, Industry 4.0 or how a changing age affects business models, this program will make the abstract issue of digitization approachable from several perspectives, answering the most burning questions with experience while demonstrating the successful expansion of customer relationships. Our speakers and experts will provide valuable insights and tips for small, mid-sized and family-run companies. Apart from the large podium, there will also be the opportunity to exchange ideas in a smaller circle and receive specific recommendations for action in workshops with our experts.
