Auerswald is a German manufacturer of ICT systems and IP telephones and, in 2016, it yet again topped the "markt intern" performance ratings in the telecoms sector. At CeBIT 2017 it is showcasing, among other things, the latest developments in its TFS-Dialog door intercom systems.
The routes to commercial success can sometimes be very different indeed. One tried-and-tested approach leads via quality, reliability and service – and it is a route that has been well trodden by the family-run company Auerswald, one of Germany’s leading manufacturers of ICT systems and IP telephones. In fact, in its performance ratings, the German industry forum "markt intern" recently crowned Auerswald GmbH winner of the telecoms systems category – for the second time in a row and the eighth time overall. The company put in a particularly strong performance in the criteria of "Channel loyalty" and "Supply availability", but also got top scores in the categories of "Dealer contact" and "In-house service/hotline". Moreover, the company got its best rating ever, with an average of score of 1.78. At CeBIT 2017 in Hannover, the successful family-run business is exhibiting among other things two new models from its successful COMpact range and the latest incarnation of its TFS-Dialog door intercom systems.
The new TFS-Dialog door intercom system has been designed as a symbiotic combination of technical opulence and elegant design. All the TFS-Dialog needs from a technical perspective is an analogue extension from any conventional telephone system, while its glass front – which is available in black, anthracite or white and can be indirectly lit – offers a striking look. The four maintenance-free sensor buttons can be configured easily using an Android or iOS app and can be used as bell or light switches. Intelligent sensors also ensure that the telephone signal is automatically disconnected once the door has been opened.
