The new version 6.11 of the tried-and-tested enterprise content management system from DMS specialist DocuWare features numerous improvements in workflow management and e-mail archiving and is also far more intuitive to use.
As the world of work gets ever more complex, how can businesses ensure they can continue to complete their tasks reliably and therefore productively? DocuWare, a leading supplier of document management software, believes that one solution lies in making processes more intuitive. At CeBIT 2017 in Hannover, the DMS specialist is therefore showcasing the new version 6.11 of its tried-and-tested enterprise content management system, which is even easier to operate and also boasts a whole host of improvements such as in workflow management and e-mail archiving.
What’s more, it isn’t just the application side of things that is easier to navigate in the new version of Docuware – system configuration is much more user friendly, too. The key to making the user guidance of the ECM solution as intuitive as possible lay in moving the entire functional scope to the browser, and switching completely to HTML5. Instead of having to negotiate complex software installations at their workstation, users will be able to use the configuration app to customize the software for their requirements.
