We used the last two days without CeBIT to reminisce about the last week. Within the framework of this year's CeBIT nearly 30.000 unique twitter users published more than 100.000 tweets. We recorded a peak of over 28.000 tweets on the second day alone.
Over the entire period contents about CeBIT 2016 appeared over 350 million times in the timelines of the twitter community. Even if only a fraction of these contents has been read carefully, millions of people have been reached. From a content perspective, the visit of chancellor Merkel, as well as CeBIT's key subjects startups and d!conomy, were the most discussed topics on twitter. Among the exhibitors, IBM and SAP were the ones that got the highest attention of the twitter users.
