The Berlin company Vehiculum brokers leasing vehicles and works with numerous dealers throughout Germany to find the best possible offer for a specific model.

Vehiculum provides the service free of charge for customers, generating revenue from the commissions of its partners. According to the website, the company expects to broker leasing contracts amounting to 150 million euros by the end of 2017. The startup Firmen-KFZ.de likewise provides an online comparison of leasing contracts, but complements it with long-term rental and fleet management offers.

At the same time, even manufacturers are now experimenting with new sales models: Porsche is currently launching the Porsche Passport offer in the USA. For $2,000 a month, customers can order a 718 Boxster, Cayman S, Macan S or Cayenne; for $3,000, they can choose from 22 models.

Insurance and maintenance are included. The car manufacturer is working together with the US startup Clutch Technologies , which takes into account past experience, weather conditions and other factors to forecast the requested car models. The offer is limited to the greater Atlanta area and 50 vehicles for the test phase. Similar offers are also available from other manufacturers, such as Cadillac Book or Volvo Care .
