Dresden-based DUALIS GmbH IT Solution is exhibiting solutions for digitally networking production and management tiers and optimizing business and manufacturing processes – all in the spirit of "d!conomy: join – create – succeed".
The headline topic at CeBIT 2016 in Hannover is the digital revolution, a focal point that is front and center in the new motto "d!conomy: join – create – succeed". So where better for DUALIS GmbH IT Solution to exhibit its solutions for digitally networking production and management tiers and optimizing business and manufacturing processes? It all starts with Visual Components, a product suite for 3D simulation that enables users to plan the factory workflows of tomorrow, today. By realistically mapping out and analyzing processes, users can simulate production lines before they are built or started up, thereby boosting efficiency further down the line and ensuring that processes work first-time in practice.
Once the successfully planned facility is up and running, GANTTPLAN 5.0, the latest version of the APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) solution from DUALIS, takes over. The modular GANTTPLAN solution is both a manufacturing control center and a tool for detailed planning that makes it easier to plan and manage production-relevant parameters such as personnel, materials and order scheduling. Besides the standalone version, GANTTPALN can also be used as an OEM product and core element in MES and ERP solutions. For example, it is already integrated as an APS into APplus ERPII from Asseco, where it delivers an intelligent end-to-end solution for efficient detailed resource and order planning – just as you would expect from Production 4.0.
