Twyla from Berlin won in Travel & Tourism. The startup specializes in chatbots, which aim to enhance the digital customer experience. The solution can often also be integrated into popular airline enterprise systems to enable data-driven customer interaction.
The Milanese startup Boca Health won in the area of Digital Health with a non-invasive solution for measuring and monitoring body fluid, which can help prevent cardiac and renal diseases.
