Once you’ve decided which package you want, we arrange the meetings and send you your personalized appointment calendar before the show begins. Focusing on 3–5 appointments keeps the information and timing manageable, and is easy to combine with the rest of your tradeshow agenda. You can choose to meet with your potential business contacts at their exhibition stands, or in a relaxed setting at a table in the Visitor Center (IC).
