An astonishing three quarters of all visitors come to CeBIT as the result of a personal invitation from exhibitors like you. Bulk invitation mailings are the most effective instrument for advertising your presence to potential visitors.

Our marketing fee (Exhibitors EUR 11,00/sqm, Co-exhibitors EUR 400,00) is designed to make the whole process easy and trouble-free.

Services included:

• Complimentary tickets
  You can order and use printed and/or electronic complimentary tickets that must be registered before us (20 tickets per sqm of stand space for exhibitors, maximum of 300 per co-exhibitor, at no extra charge).
• Useful visitor data
  After the show we will make available to you the data relating to your ticket allocation.
• Complete control over your costs
  You won't have any unexpected additional costs after the show has ended!
• Entry in the CeBIT information media
  An extended Internet presence with a company profile, and 5 detailed product descriptions categorized into a maximum of 4 product groups each. Our editorial team will create 5 product descriptions free of charge, and you may create and update an unlimited number of additional product descriptions online.
