Complimentary Tickets

Personal invitations really pay off!

Inviting your customers and prospects to come and see you at CeBIT 2013 is the best way to boost your turnout and your business gains – especially if you include a complimentary admission ticket.

The choice is yours: Paper tickets or eTickets

  • Paper tickets are ideal for handing over in person, or for professional postal mailshots.

  • e-Tickets are ideal for low-cost, wide-reaching invitation campaigns targeting lots of customers and/or potential leads.

You can choose between a generic imprint (with your company name, postal code and country plus hall & stand numbers) or a customized imprint. Either way, your guests will know exactly where to find you at the show. If time is too short or if you prefer, you can also opt for tickets with no imprint which simply bear the standard message "Come visit us at our stand."

Make use of your complimentary tickets covered by the marketing fee

Your marketing fee already includes up to 20 complimentary tickets per square meter stand space for main exhibitors and up to 300 complimentary tickets for co-exhibitors each. In other words, you will incur no extra costs when you order complimentary tickets or when your guests redeem them. Enclose these tickets with personal invitations to attend CeBIT 2013 – and do wonders for your customer relations.

Exception: Do you need more complimentary tickets than are included in your marketing fee? Each additional ticket in excess of your free quota will be charged with 5 EUR (plus VAT), respective of whether the ticket is actually used to gain admission.

Ticket Registration

We recommend advising your guests of the need to advance-register their tickets at www.cebit.com, ensuring your visitors can whisk right through the entrance gates and head straight to your stand!

You also benefit from ticket registration since you can log into your OBS account and download your guests’ data – updated on a daily basis – starting five weeks before the event. And about two weeks after the event, you can log in for a summary of who actually followed your invitation.
