• e-Tickets are particularly affordable and ideal for broad-based invitation campaigns involving current or potential new customers. You can order your eTickets up until the last day of the event. You'll receive the corresponding ticket reservation code by e-mail (1 code per ticket).
  You invite your guests to visit the show free of charge using the individual e-Ticket code described above. This code is a link which takes your guests directly to the registration website for the event. After registering, each of your guests can then print a PDF file containing his or her personal e-Ticket. This e-Ticket is linked to the particular individual and is nontransferable. Both ticket versions come with either a standard imprint (company name, postal code, country, hall and stand number) or your own customized imprint. If you do not require any company-specific imprint, the tickets will be printed with a standard message like "Come visit us at our stand".

Your marketing fee already includes up to 20 complimentary tickets per square meter stand space for main exhibitors an up to 300 complimentary tickets for co-exhibitors each. In other words, you will incur no extra costs when you order complimentary tickets or when your guests redeem them. Enclose these tickets with personal invitations to attend CeBIT 2012 – and do wonders for your customer relations!

Exception: Do you need more complimentary tickets than are included in your marketing fee? Each additional ticket in excess of your free quota will be charged with 5 EUR (plus VAT), respective of wether the ticket is actually used to gain admission.

We recommend advising your guests of the need to advance-register their tickets at www.cebit.de, ensuring your visitors can whisk right through the entrance gates and head straight to your stand! You may benefit from this service because you will be able to download the registration data of your guests from five weeks prior to the event onwards - including daily updates - via the OBS at https://obs.messe.de.
