Other speakers at the Opening Ceremony for CeBIT 2011 include IBM CEO Samuel J. Palmisano, the President of the German ICT association BITKOM Prof. August-Wilhelm Scheer, and Stephan Weil, Chairman of the Deutsche Messe Supervisory Board and Lord Mayor of the City of Hannover.
