Deutsche Messe offers those exhibitors who plan events immediately before or during CeBIT the possibility of reserving rooms in the middle of the exhibition grounds. A number of rooms of varying sizes are available in the centrally located Convention Center (CC). They can be used for all kinds of events - be it your presentation or press conferences, meetings, training courses, workshops or receptions. The ideal room is available for every occasion.
We'll gladly assist you when it comes to staging your event - simply tell us how you want your event to look, the kind of catering and conference technology you envisage, and we'll meet your requirements!

When it comes to advertising your presentation at CeBIT 2013, we are only too happy to help. If your event is of general interest to CeBIT visitors and freely accessible to them, we would be happy to include your presentation in our daily programs and overviews of lectures. Both appears online on the CeBIT website www.cebit.de and on the app "cebit2go".
We can include your event in the online version with immediate effect, as soon as the program of events is published online. You can modify and augment the information at any time at short notice.
