Michael Kienzler studied law at the University of Freiburg (Albert-Ludwigs-Universität), taking his 2nd State Examination in law following a period abroad in Chile. He has been responsible at the Haufe Group in Freiburg for the management of and access to knowledge since 1996.
Michael Kienzler started at the Haufe Group as an editor for legal print publications and later assumed responsibility as product manager for various electronic products.
He has managed individual customer projects in the field of knowledge management since 1999. His main focus in customer projects is currently on drawing customer-internal and external knowledge together under a single point of access and on semantic access methods to it. At its core, this involves integrating leading-edge technologies to form practical, user-friendly applications.
