Henry Göttler has overall responsibility for Intershop's global business operations. Before Mr. Göttler has served as Vice President E-Commerce Standard Solutions of Intershop Communications AG, heading the product development and customer support divisions, Online Marketing as well as the full-service e-commerce initiative.
Between 1986 and 1995, Mr. Göttler graduated in sinology and mathematics in Taizhong (Taiwan) and Tübingen, and from 1996 to 2001, he studied business administration in Stuttgart. Mr. Göttler held various positions at HP between 1992 and 2001, such as IT Support Manager EurAsia. In 2001, he joined Intershop, becoming responsible for the global customer support. Since 2006 he has also been Head of Intershop's new full-service e-commerce division. He was appointed member of the board of management in June 2008. Since 2005, Mr. Göttler has been leading the working group on service management and standards of BITKOM, the German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media.
