Never leave till tomorrow that what you cannot do today. Never ask someone to do something you're not prepared to do.

Both, but absolute preference is iPhone

Email - just kidding - watching my children at their sports games!

The largess of high priority items is actually lower at 7pm than it was at 7am

I don't know what that word means! Business is being transacted all the time, somewhere.
What historical figure would you have liked to get to know, and why?
Mother Theresa of Calcutta - she continuously shone like a beacon of light and hope for those with no hope. Her grace and inner peace allowed her achieve amazing results over a long period of time, against the odds.
Your biggest triumph?
Personally - meeting my wife, Ita and convincing her to marry me!
Professionally - choosing the path less traveled and creating a world-class company and team from scratch - as we did when we formed Peribit Networks, the original leader in WAN Optimization.
What do others say about you?
Shane runs hard, all-day, everyday. Is demanding but fair. He'll roll-up his sleeves to help anyone at any time. Whatever you do - know your numbers!
Name three things you never leave the house without:
1. A picture of my family - to remind me of the 'real' priorities in life.
