Companies perform better when they have women in technical and leadership positions. In Germany, the percentage of women in ICT is below average. Thanks in no small measure to the current debate on the adoption of a women's quota system, the country's ICT companies are now looking closely at a range of HR strategies to remedy this.
At the Fem@le Leadership Summit, women in senior positions at various international companies will explore ways of achieving gender equity in the workforce.
