Some 3,000 guests from over 100 different countries visited the CeBIT flagship conference series in Hannover. At the same time, more than 22,000 guests from every country in the world followed the CGC by live streams, while more than 82,500 viewers have so far called up the on-demand videos.
For four days, 68 top international speakers from around the world addressed topics such as smart grids, cloud computing, the digital lifestyle and social media/social business at the CeBIT Global Conferences. Among the speakers were Kevin Turner (global COO of Microsoft), with a live demo of Windows 8, Ulf Ewaldsson (the new CTO of Ericsson) and Dr. Werner Vogels (CTO of Amazon and right-hand man to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos).
It was, as always, an exciting conference - and we would be happy to welcome you back in 2013.

There was lively discussion in the independently organized CGC satellite events, the Urban Management Summit, the Smart Grid Summit and the Fem@le Leadership Summit, which took place on three consecutive afternoons.
