Enterprise Content Management is one of the core competencies of company organization. In almost all industries, information technologies such as enterprise content and document management systems help cut costs, save time, and secure a company's future viability and legal security. They also help organize the company's processes. This is particularly true for users needing to handle large volumes of information, either in printed or digital form. At CeBIT 2010 in Hall 3, numerous ECM providers will be showcasing their integrated solutions for a whole range of applications, including document, office, e-mail, records, knowledge and storage management.

The Association for Organization and Information Systems (Verband Organisations- und Informationssysteme e.V) represents the majority of ECM and DMS providers in Germany, and is an official partner of Deutsche Messe's. At CeBIT, VOI will be staging a large group pavilion - the DMS Area - and organizing a comprehensive DMS forum.

All in all, some 30 VOI member companies will be presenting their solutions in the DMS Area. What's more, the association is also staging a dedicated DMS Forum in cooperation with its members.

ECM Now - Efficiency is Easy
The "ECM Now!" initiative, organized by ECM Allianz Deutschland, is a theme area in which IT decision-makers can find out about the benefits of ECM systems from a whole range of manufacturers in the form of a multimedia tour.

DOXNET Roundtable
DOXNET - a cross-sector association with more than 550 members from 165 companies and organizations involved in the development and application of technologies in the area of document management - is also involved in this year's CeBIT. The association will be holding a roundtable event in the Business Center in Hall 3 on Wednesday, 3 March 2010. After a busy day at the show, DOXNET members and interested visitors will have the opportunity to chat about what they've seen and done that day in relaxed surroundings with drinks and snacks.
