Compact, lightweight, flexible - at CeBIT 2010, it's clear that fashion and automotive engineering aren't the only sectors where minis are making it big. A whole host of manufacturers are presenting technical innovations in XXS format.
Shuttle (Hall 17, Stand G68), for example, is exhibiting the "Shuttle Barebone XS35", an ultra-compact, HD-capable computer. At just 3.3 cm wide, the PC is so small that it can be fitted to the rear of suitable flat screen monitors. Other manufacturers, including Asus (Halle 17, Stand L01) and MSI (Halle 17, Stand C38), are also joining the revolution in technology that's small, but perfectly formed. With their XXS format, these diminutive, space-saving PCs are a perfect fit for your desk - and for your living room.
