A further key focus in Hall 3 is mail processing/mailing solutions. Merging mail processing/mailing solutions with DMS/ECM in Hall 3 in this way is designed to highlight the links between these areas and demonstrate their benefits for practical applications.

This starts with the process of digital document capture in the mailroom, whereby letters, receipts, invoices, drawings and other paper documents are scanned in and stored in the corresponding electronic in-trays for further processing. Building on this, DMS and ECM systems can be adapted to the requirements of a specific organization and integrated into the corresponding workflows. Interfaces with the company's relevant applications, such as the ERP system or FIBU, make for a seamless electronic process chain. Visitors can see for themselves the synergies resulting from this integration in the "Live&Digital VOI post GmbH" showcase.

A live digital mailroom will be set up, allowing visitors to see for themselves how companies can process incoming documents entirely without paper.
