The automotive industry is the most demanding in the world, and IT is the spinal cord of the business.
In 2010, the most successful IT congress for the most important sector of industry in Germany will again be staged by the trade magazine automotiveIT, in partnership with CeBIT. CeBIT is the world's largest ICT exhibition and, in the opinion of automotiveIT Chief Editor Hilmar Dunker, it offers a high-quality framework which is second to none.
The automotiveDAY to be held on 3 March 2010 is an integral part of the CeBIT in Motion forum and connects business with car IT, thereby providing impetus for networking within these fields. The cooperation partner for the 2010 congress will again be T-Systems.
There will be a high-caliber panel discussion in the morning featuring speakers such as Dr. Jürgen Leohold, Head of Group Research at Volkswagen AG, addressing future car-to-x communication challenges.
From 12:30 on, top decision makers from Germany will be highlighting and discussing issues of strategic importance for the future in a session chaired by IT specialist and author Thomas R. Köhler.
